I read another critique and thought I must be seeing things with the shot.
I thought the surfer was off centre and he actually ended up about 50 metres further along the beach than me when he finished the run.Your comments restored my faith in the integrity of the shot..
Hope all goes well with the Sydney to Hobart although the weather forecasts are a bit gloomy.
