It is so great to be back!!! Thank you for such a warm welcome back, I have missed you and all of this so much but with my trust old Canon on the outs I had nothing to show and it was all work and no play for me. But now that I have a new camera...and boy do I have a camera, it is so much heavier than my little point and shoot Canon!!! I expect to have massive muscles by the end of summer from lugging the camera case with all the lens, the camera in one hand and the manual in the other, so much to learn to operate this camera to the fullest! I understand you have ANOTHER new one too!!! You will need to add a room on to your house to store all your photography equipment.
We are doing great down here!!! It's bitter cold, so could you please put in a good word with the Canadian connection and ask them to stop sending that awfully cold weather down here!!! ^-^!!!
I think we have known each other from playing dominoes for at least 8-10 years...perhaps more, I think Casey was still in high school when we met!!! He's still in college after taking a few years break from school, don't ask how long he has been out...it ages me,
lol!!!!
Steve is doing great, he is still working on the house with Casey and on the job with the Levee District. (He says I don't work on the house, I putter around it!!)
The house is still not finished, things are moving really slow right now (Casey is taking exams and Mardi Gras is here) and I've decided with my new toy in hand to take a serious break from working on the house...it is wearing me down! It should be finished by the end of spring beginning of summer, hopefully!!!
Thanks for informing me of new friends to make, I will definately look in and see what they have done.
