Thank you so much for the visit and the encouraging comments...I'm still muddling through the manual and trying the new settings on this camera...today or rather yesterday I was working my way through the ISO settings. It was a nasty drizzling rainy day...very overcast. I got lucky with this guy, he was rather friendly or so I thought, someone informed me that his ruffled feathers meant he wasn't happy to see me, I'm just glad he stayed in the water and didn't attack!
