Thanks for your critique, Historic Chester is still as it was, still expensive and very touristy, there are more and more shops selling cheap rubbish, they come and they go. The expensive shops are still there and very expensive. Sometimes the cynic in me wonders whether these shops go and then come back again in another guise ( Tax dodge!) but hey that, as they say, is another story.
