He did seem to be ignoring the other two, I have shots of him looking everywhere but in their direction!!! And they were always buddy buddy! Perhaps they were mates, the one on the left did a lot of fishing and was constantly drying his wings. I watched these fascinating birds for almost half an hour!!! Noisy buggers too!
