Thank you very much! Our Mardi Gras is not as glamourous as yours, no tableaus, just riders on floats bombing the crowd with trinkets. The entertainment is what makes your carnival celebrate so special!
The costumes for the kings, queens, maids and dukes are elaborate, the riders are all dressed in costumes pertaining to the theme of the floats, but not as ornate.
Have a great day of photo hunting, I'll be gone for a few days, cruising to Mexico!!! I plan on taking enough photos that I will bore everyone to tears for the next year!!!
