I checked out your workshop, and I like the positive changes you made. Give a totally different feel to the picture! Question = I have PHOTOSHOP 7. How do I make borders like the one you did, with the TEXT on it as well? I am new to borders:) If you have a minute, could you send me the instructions? I have to shovel now....just got pounded with a killer snowstorm :(
