For Canon, they have a photo converter that they provide with the camera that you can convert the files to .jpg. I'm sure that photoshop or some other will do it, too. Niek (Suntoucher) also has a workflow file that he will send you if you email him for it. I got it today and it looked pretty good so I saved it.
