Your critiques are constructive and encouraging, I can see that all over TL. You're doing a good job on this site, I respect and appreciate that.
Actually, I didn't combine more shots to create this photo, I only used color to emphasize elements of the natural ice crystal formation (this was the purpose of the whole series) The original shot is posted in my workshop, next to a photo identifying the location of the fragments used for all the posts from the series.
The frame, which you kindly called "very interesting and bold" is more of a compromise to allow a large post without cropping the picture, but I like very much that you compared it to a "silver screen in a movie theater".
You're right about the presence of the "war within oneself" in many religions, it's part of human nature and I belive that "fighting" more on this front would reduce considerably the fights between people... and, one day all the (visible) wars might end.
