As you can tell from my gallery, I'm not a photographer, just a dabbler trying to learn through trial and error.
I agree totally that a good photo needs emotion, it is the most powerful connection an image can make - you'd think it's a no-brainer but a lot of people miss that fact. My problem is trying to get photos with an emotional impact.
