Thanks for the input. I think you are correct. I actually worked on this once last night. Then, right before I posted it, I had second-thoughts and made a change to the color balance, but I did it on the resized JPEG (because I'm at work and my original file is at home.) I think that must have caused the problem with noise that you see. (You probably have a much better monitor than I do, as well.) Thanks, again, for taking the time to provide this useful info.
