When I was in school and had to memorize dates and names, I was "absent" most of the time. I did very poorly in history.
Now I am almost "grown-up" and it's more interesting to me -- I like to know about the places I visit and what happened to them in the past. So I really hope I don't bore most of my visitors to death with my notes!!
