My first suggestion to you is: try a workshop -- see what you can do with it. If you send me a message through the "contact me" button on my profile page, I will even happily send you the original file to play with.
I agonized over that picture: with the background building or without it -- the pigeon belongs there (to my eyes and so I left the building in. But maybe it takes a fresh eye.
For some strange reason, this cracked building means something to me, so that means that maybe I am too close to be objective.
