Yes you ar right it's really too much. I am from Paksitan and it was a new experience for me. But as you live in China you must know about Korean fancy dances. I think it's similar in Japan and China as well, in which a dancers are usually heavily makeuped.
Though they are in Belle dancing costume but later on the changed their dresses and performed Korean folk dance as well. Unfortunatelly i dont have any pic of that moment right now :(
