Firstly, thankyou for the kind words about the image.
I always shoot in RAW mode and when processing from RAW to JPEG I always turn sharpening down to 0, and try to get the colour accuracy right by means of temperature and exposure settings before working on my images in Photoshop. Once processed to JPEG mode, the first thing I always do is resize, depending on what the use of the image is for, in this case T/L, this is the only way to be able to get the image exactly the way you want it to look, at the given size, if you dont resize first, always make sure you do before sharpening, that really is the most important.
If you have any other questions, please dont hesitate to ask.
Thanks again
