Hello Pawel,
I actually took 5 exposures of this scenery with different levels and finally deciced to post the second darkest one. It is always difficult to handle a circular polarizer properly. sometimes the effect of avoiding reflections and supporting deep colours leads to a ridiculous looking lolipop like image. The true colours are somewhere inbetween your WS and my post. Pls read the note to my previous shot Trees in a Mirror. This might explain the light situation to you.
