Thanks for the kind comments on the photo. The mirror filter in PSP 8.0 is under Effects/Reflection Effects/Rotating Mirror. It basically makes the picture a two way reflection, but you can adjust it in many ways. The water was added with a demo filter from Flaming Pear Software called "Flood". You can download a lot of cool demo filters of Flaming Pears' here. Hope this helps. :-)
