Thanks for the critique.
I didn't want to crop the bottom because I like the way the sky reflects from the wet sand.
About the rules of composition: I don't mind if they're more to the middle of the picture and not on the left third. I also don't mind to get less points because of that. I don't think this makes the picture any worse.
