The weather was on the warm side, that portrait I took of Steve stand next to the car was taken at the same time. Short sleeve weather-but, I imagine the water was quite a bit chillier than the wind and temp. These guys were having a great time because the winds were high that day, they raced back and forth rather rapidly.
