hi,

sorry to contact you via here, but the TL contact option is out of limit for today.

janice Dunn told me that you have (she borrowed it from you before) L 70-200mm f/2.8 IS lens.

I have f/4 non IS.
And thinking of upgrading to F/4 IS or f/2.8 non IS, f/2.8 IS too expensive.
Is the IS worth it?
Mind you I've taken shots with 70-300mm lens before w/o tripod, straight from the hand at full focal length and no problems with sharpness etc.
So i was just thinking if IS would come in handy in my case, or would be it better to get a fast lens, i.e. f/2.8.

Not sure if you have some comparison with the model i have.
