This was taken daytime ... refer to the link I included in my description showing the color version. For conversion I use P/Shop CS2 using the Hue/Saturation, Level, and Brightness/Contrast functions. To make the white really standout and adjust the darker areas, I increased the color saturation using the white, neutral, & black colors in 'selective color' function. To clean up the noise created by the conversion I used the 'reduce noise' filter.
I'm sorry I am unable to give you precise measurements because when I pp my photos I play around with the tools a lot and just intuitively try to figure out the balance by sight. Hope this helps.
