And the thing I like the mot about TL are the critiques and the commentary, as well as the suggestions and observations from people better at this than I. It' truly a great pace to learn, and made so by people that actually take the time to "speak".
Some things about this image and your thoughts:
This was uphill from where I was standing and I was attracted to the pedestal aspect of that. I hadn't though about the top of the bench versus the horizon until you mentioned it, but I think you're right, that could be a bit better if the top of the swing dominated more.
As to size of the swing versus the area of the photo, I don't know, maybe you're right I can't quite visualize that, but maybe so.
As to people sitting on it, that's a preference thing, I can see what you're saying, but I think I like it without, but that's just me and my preference. :0)
Anyway, as I said, thanks much for taking the time and effort to give this serious review, it all helps and I do appreciate it a lot.
