Yes, 1600 was a bit high, I had been wandering around the yard, tripod or monopod less, and hand holding at low speed/high f-stop so had been balancing noise against shake but this one, maybe could have come down to 800 anyway without being too hard to hold. ;)
I did reduce some noise, and wanted to keep details of the tree and leaves, so didn't get as aggressive as, perhaps, I should have.
Oh well, such is life. ;) You're right though but I still like the shot and am glad you did too.
As to "autumn fog", no problems, it's a great shot....again. :0)
