Thanks 4 ur comment on that shot, 1st of all.
Actually this was a shot against the sun and the light situation was a bit difficult. So I decided to take several shots at different speed.
I think the bright blue is due to the light situation as well as the snow nearly looking like sand. I tried to fool around with WB but could not get better results - so here it is.
I think hdr is a great tool to cope with bad light situation. Of course you have to be very careful while tonemapping, otherwise (if not wanted so) the picture looks plastic or alien alike ;)
