I would agree with you about the commercialism ploy, and that's certainly what I thought it was at first, but this has been going on for well over a year now. I would have thought if if someone was using this for promotional purposes they would have revealed themselves by now so that they could take advantage of all the publicity they've managed to drum up. Instead... nothing, silence, nada.
Thanks for your comments on the photos. There was a lot to choose from as you must have guessed from the notes, but I liked these ones the best aesthetically.
