Not the oldest part,but certainly the ""peoples-part""(the locals)of town in my opinion,like Piazzale Roma,we slept in the Best-Western Olympia just a little more right from Arlecchino,good place with superbe breakfast for just 99 euros per night!
And close to my nr 1 spot:Campo Santa Margharita,A lovely place with nice little bookshops all around.
