Thank you very much, dear Frieda
I made this artwork with two photos.
The first was a shot of a grape in autumn, with beautiful red leaves, but a dull-white sky. So I used some photoshop’s filters to give to the photo an appearance like draw:
1) I duplicated the background layer
2) I applied to this layer the filter: stylizefind edges
3) then I applied (always to this layer): image adjustmentsdesaturate (so I got a sort of draw in black and white)
4) then I used the bending changes between the two layers (background and background copy layers) and I chose the blending change overlay with an opacity of 70%.
5) then I merged the two layers,
6) so I loaded a photo of a cloudy sky at the sunset over the first photo modified,
7) I used again the blending changes between the two layers and I chose multiply, but I think this chose It depends from the two photo’s colours. Try what you like more.
8) at the end I merged the two layers and I have obtained my final work.
I hope my explanation will be clear for you, I don’t know English very well. Write to me if you want some other explanations.
My best regards,
