i tried to keep a maximum of details, but you're right to say there is a lot of grey
the picture is quite dark, with the RGB the ratio at 100 is too dark, i tried something with +180 in WS
and tried another technique by pasting the lighting channel of the lab mode in the RGB mode
i tried a lot of other things, with colors and partial desaturation, but with just B&W, nothing great, maybe the original hasn't the best potential for a B&W, but I'm sure that something better still can be done...
if you are interested by making a WS (with the steps of the PP), i send you the original
