I wish I can explain it step by step also LOL. Basically there are 5 layers I work with. One layer for b/g, One layer for light effect, One layer for masked poi and one layer for blur. But total layer including some color adjustment, i think there are almost 20 layers LOL :D because i usually edit picture in new layer even it just for brightness and contrast :D
