It is funny that a guy like you who is taking fair pictures wants to teach me....funny....maybe you should look for some photographers who will teach you in technical skills you can improve...
Normally I would offer you a workshop in my studio where you could learn how to take pictures in a professional way. But I think it is a waiste of time.....
