When I wandered through the cars after lunch I wondered where all the people went (!) but then I figured out that they had some extra cars just for "show". We were told to feel free to see the rest of the train on the return trip to the station, and I am quite sure they didn't lose whole cars full of people along the way...so...it seems there were cars with people and cars without people. You know me, I'd rather see the cars themselves without a bunch of strangers in the way:) I do have some shots with people in them, too, just to prove they were there...hehe.
