Typical for midieval and beautiful Pyrgi (in the south of Chios) are these carvings on the walls/balconies; they're called "xysta".
Typical here is also the traditional way of conserving tomatoes: bunches of the tomatoes are hanging everywhere on the walls/under balconies.
