Saleem - it might be worth taking a look at the FAQ section in the "About" link at the top of the page, specifically the difference between a critique and a comment -
"Critiques should contain specific information as to why a photo is good or not. Comments should contain information not related to the artistic or technical aspects of the photo.". If you think this is a great portrait its a good idea to explain why you think it's great - that way the photographer can learn.
