Hi Janek - I would say that this HDR. Even though I started with the one RAW shot as you know I can bracket this shot 'in computer' rather than on a tripod, so started the HDR process with 3 separate exposures of the same shot.
On the other hand I could have just tone mapped the one image but I think that this is a better technique.
