Hello Murray.
I had a play with this picture of you.
Removed the sky, made (just als an example), a new frame.
Did a resize to 800 pixels, played with noise reduction and gammecorrection and sharpening edges.
Than "Safe as", the preview menu opened, and with the slide bar, I set it till satified )pressed preview again)close to 300 Kb.
Just click OK, and it is in the file where you safed it to
