Your monitor must be larger than any of mine - it would make sense that you can see that in that case. I did use a healing tool and blurred it a bit to hide the fact. His neck was wet with sweat and there were three stage lights about 5 feet to his right, causing a fairly large over-exposed spot on his neck.
