This pictures was taken at 21000 ft above the earth. No pollution here... Atmosphere is so pure.

How this shot was done :
First of all, i have to tell you that this aircraft has no passengers and that the flight is specially dedicated to photography and followed by a dedicated radar operator.
As some of you asked me, i confirm that the authorities strictly forbid to fly close to a passengers aircraft except for the Air Force.
So, this shot was taken from another aircraft. I was in a "Corvette", a small jet. We were 9 on board :
2 pilots, 2 photographers managing a photographic periscope and the tail cone camera, 2 operators for the video periscope and finally 2 photographers at the lateral windows. This day i was only a passenger in order to prepare the inflight shots i did for my airline. You can see them here :
