Thanks for checking out my shot this morning, and for taking the time to leave a critique.
Actually, I did nothing to change the color of this photograph, and when importing the DNG file to Photoshop PS2, I selected "as shot" for white balance and "auto" for exposure. Then I cleared up some of the background noise from the high ISO (the Nikon makes a really great image at high ISO's, but sometimes they get a little noisy) and then applied a bit of unsharp mask. Then I added the frame, re-sized for TL and ran a touch more unsharp mask.
The spotlights on this stage were blue and purple at this time, throwing those colored highlights on his arms and hair. The color of the background was really a dirty light beige, those spotlights gave it that blue color, too. I sort of liked that part of the shot.
