Thank you for your kind words. I heard of this technique a while back and believe it is used to restore/digitize old photos. I'm sure the folks that use it have much more sophisticated setups than I do, but I thought I'd give it a try anyway. One mistake I made that I didn't catch until I posted the shot on TL was that I had left the ISO setting at 3200 from a previous shoot. I think that accounts for some of the graininess :(
My daughter is coming over in a little while and I'll be sure to show her what I've done.
