This photo is interesting according to me, because there are on the picture two kind of lights: lamps on the street (blue), cool then a flash and the Castle-lights warmer (orange), then bulbs.
I like different lights and special effects, but I dont use filters. If you can see the whole picture the topic (Castle) is stand in the central of the photo. Ihe pedestrian zone and stripped cordon isn't trouble :-)
