Many thanks for your critique and compliments. The destroyed building was one of the more picturesque buildings in this part of the city, but I suppose expansion of the trauma center is important to the hospital. Not shown in this photo, but there was a lot of hoopla surrounding the event. VIPs never like to miss a good photo op!
