Thanks for your note and comment. About the partiel eye, I've hesitate since a few days, debating about it..))) This is really going against the "standard rule" in portraiture. At this point you should ask the model, to look a bit away, no eye contact. But I feel a bit rebelius about that rule....here I've decided to break it..))
Same as more classical rules of portraiture, that the light should "never" come from under....The human eye are just not trained to see things that way. But in my defence, I can only said that I seen this in a major fashion magazine..even recently...so I guess ways of seeing things...do evolve with the years. It does look a little strange, but then again, nothing unreal about it..so at this point, I'm only asking a question. Does it work for this shot. I believe it does. Just a different angle, and presentation.
