About the roses: there were only two roses on the original shot, that were good enough to be cloned and that was what I did.
The technique that gave a "painting-look" was originally Nova's idea. He presented in I think April or May "la corde a linge".
You should best look up his presentation, cause it's better than mine and he explains what is to be done.
