thanks for your comment,
the boat takes awhile for the it get up to speed from the steamboat wheel.
and the boat well move after the wheel starts to reach fullspeed the wheel is moving quite slow when I took the shot its the effect from the timed exposure gives you the illusion that it moving fast the wheel is just starting to get started.
