I was VERY lucky to get this shot...I have been trail running in this area for 2 years now...seen many a deer, but none that would allow me to videotape them let alone take photos. I was very close (15-20feet) and shooting video of this magnificent animal (and also talking to it...and it didn't get spooked go figure)...and thought you moron, I should be taking some photos lol which I did. This pic was by far the best...esp because of the framing of the ground. I plan on printing this up to an 8x10 and hanging it on my office wall :) good luck with the deer blind and please post some pics :) take care.
