This theme is intended to group pictures taken using the panning technique. To take a picture using this technique, you select a relatively slow shutter speed, follow a moving subject with the camera and then take the exposure while following the subject. The subject will appear sharp, compared to the background, which will appear blurred, giving a sense of speed to the subject.
