This year I accompanied two classes of year 7 to their classtrip. We went sailing on the Ijsselmeer and the North Sea.
The two ships were both around 100 years old. The children had to work and help with setting the sails and all the other things you have to do to make a sailing ship move across the water. It was a great experience for them and it helped them to become a "community".
I enjoyed the week in the Netherlands, it almost felt like being on holiday.

Here I'll show you some impressions of Vienna in Austria. In April 2008 I have been to Vienna with a class of graduating pupils. As their teacher I showed them around and tried to get some good shots of this fascinating city. I wasn't able to take photos of all the places I would have liked to see but tried to do my best on what I saw. Some of the photos are only of personal interest but I hope to show you some that may be of interest to you too.
