This is my very first time to Tokyo and Hokkaido. Well, ,my purpose of this trip was actually to attend a program which was called the IPoS (Intensive Program on Sustainability) which was mainly held at Furano city, Hokkaido dated from 10th to 21st of September. I was at the Tokyo city on the 9th, 22nd and 23rd of of September. Therefore, this 'travelogue' will start and ended with Tokyo. (39 photos)

Suphanburi, the settling of the famous literary piece entitled 'Khun Chang and Khun Phaen' was believed to be in existence since the Ayutthaya Period (circa 1491-1529). The central characters, Khun Phaen and Khun Chang loved the same woman, Phim, and fought to win her. The locals are very proud the fact the the story too the place in their own backyard. They have named several things around them after the characters of this play. Most of the are in Suphanburi lies in the Chao Phraya river basin.... (full story) (27 photos)
