12 days in Myanmar by Jose Jacobo Campuzano (jacobo) (4875) :: 2006-10-08 - 2006-10-22 :: 884 Views
Myanmar, before Burma, is a not very well Known country since it has been opened to tourists recently. It was a surprise to find so may lanscapes, etnic groups, cultures, monuments, ways of living... and everything so different from what I'm used to. People is warm and helpful but over all very religious and more the 90% are Buddhists. Pagodas, stupas and monasteries are the main buildings and seen everywhere.
Food use to be a little hot but is very tasty.
I found to travel by Myanmar an incredible experience and I enjoied it very much. (18 photos)
