Rudranagar is a small village in the Birbhum district of West Bengal,which is in Eastern India.It is about 230 miles from Kolkata.My trip to Rudrananagar was great with a lot of great snapsAlthough it wears a rustic look,people are quite well off here.The well-off section of this village are people who own agricultural land and are close to the soil.The rest are farmers and fishermen.Poverty is everywhere and so is reflected in the pictures.

Although this village is well connected to the world,people here are camera shy and so they tend to hide away. (5 photos)
